More than 3 years ago, Kartisha Lindsey's search for the perfect hair care product for her daughter, generated a business venture. ARI Hair and Body began with the search for a perfect hair moisturizing recipe. Her daughter Aria has always had a very dry scalp and skin. And after trying numerous products on the market, and unable to find a product to condition, moisturize, and detangle Aria's natural curly hair, an idea arose.With her love for natural butters and oils, she decided to experiment. Her kitchen was then used for more than just cooking food. After many failed attempts, ARI's first product was successfully created ... Hair Whip. The original recipe was offered in 5 scents. The idea of fragrant hair care products really had customers buzzing. From there the journey began.

After mastering Hair Whip, samples were given to family, friends, and co-workers. Soon after, orders were coming in. Customers began to ask for products for their own specific needs, thus the hair and body line has grown. Currently, there are more than 13 products in 6 fragrances, and ARI's still growing. Today Kartisha manages every aspect of ARI from sales and marketing to finance.

This last 3 years have been filled with so many blessings that my heart hardly has room enough to receive. I pray that the coming years are filled with as much joy and twice as many blessings. Thanks to GOD, family, and my loyal customers!

Goal

ARI Hair and Body goal is to naturally nourish your hair, body, and senses. Make ARI a lifestyle, your body will thank you. 

Many of our products are 100% natural. However, there are some products that require preservatives. For customer safety, any product containing water will have preservatives to aid in the prevention of bacteria growth. In this case, products at the very least will be 90% natural, due to preservatives. Even in our interest to protect customers and provide natural hair and body care, our perservative is a common cosmetic preservative that is considered o­ne of the less irritating  to use in formulations.
